Nigerian Sesame (Beni-seed) Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Sesame seeds, palm oil, local chicken (or any meat of your choice), vegetable, ground crayfish, suppy seasoning cubes, cayenne pepper, red pepper, onions, locust beans (optional), salt and meat stock.
Directions:
Roast sesame seeds in an oven on low heat or fry in a dry pan to release its nutty flavour. In another pot, parboil your well seasoned meat and put stock aside. Blend all fresh ingredients and in a dry blender, blend (or grind with a grinding stone) the sesame seeds after roasting. In a new pot, add in palm oil and onions and stir for a while, after that add in blended pepper and stir. Then add in ground sesame seed and keep stirring until it begins to transform into stick together. Add meat stock with meat, some water, suppy seasoning cubes, cayenne pepper, locust beans and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add vegetable of choice and allow it to cook for a little while. Check to see if the soup is seasoned well, turn off heat and serve with any fufu of your choice.
