Job Summary
The position holder, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, will be responsible for the maintenance of a safe and secured environment for the customers, employees and assets of Daily-Need Group by performing all functions relating to security intelligence and surveillance.

Job Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and maintaining security processes and policies, identifying and reducing risks and limiting liabilities.
- Conducting research and executing security management solutions to help keep the organization safe.
- Implement and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, safeguarding the company and its assets.
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems.
- Evaluate changes to the corporate environment for security impact and present findings to the management.
Required Qualifications
- First level Degree in Criminology, Psychology or Security Studies from an accredited University/ recognized institute specialized training in Surveillance and Intelligence.
- At least two years’ related post qualification experience in Production or Manufacturing company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance and monitoring systems.
- Must have a good reporting and analytical skills.
- Proven extensive intelligent gathering skill.
- Have knowledge of the statutory requirement and security processes.
- Exceptional knowledge of relevant equipment and strategies to promote security operations.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask across various planning and implementation processes within a highly demanding environment.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer and surveillance equipment (CCTV).
Remuneration: 80k – 100k /Negotiable. There are other additional benefits.
